I became passionate about lutherie in the spring of 2006, struck by the illustration in a book that showed, in a cross-section, the interior of an acoustic guitar.
Previously I had done some customization work on my instrument (I was, more or less, a guitarist. . . ): adjusted the action, replaced the nut and the bone of the bridge and so on, but if I have to think about the moment I was hit and I started to get seriously interested in this art, it was just when I got to that page.
